Both appointments went fantastic and Jack is well on his way to recovery. We will not have to see Dr. Whebi again until Jack i spotty trained and Dr. Muhonen for three months.
It's unbelievable to think back before the surgery and know how scared we were and now we are on the other side of it. When I looked at him day 1 post op - I thought it would take so long to get back to normal, and how different our lives were. But I was wrong. Jack is resilient and so strong. We are now 2 1/2 weeks post op and I can't believe his progress. Jack thrives everyday and we are so thankful to the caring doctors and nurses who have been along with us on this journey. In addition, we are so lucky to have such wonderful friends and family that have supported us in every way.
